Primal Flow
Currently Taught by Private & Semi-Private Only.
Connect back to your primal pattern and learn to flow once again. Primal Flow challenges coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and endurance. Once dialing in a strong foundation of postural integrity, we begin challenging ourselves much more as our awareness, strength and fluidity increase. All movements are performed through a seamless sequence in tandem with one’s breath.
Postural Integrity
Finding alignment and neural activation to support each posture goes a long way and will surely give one the upper hand in their training.
Activation
Build up the strength to support the postures that you will be moving through as training progresses.
Locomotion
Creating a stronger endurance base while maintaining quality of posture and form.
Transitions
Movement patterns that teach foundation of single transitions as well as how to piece together combos.
Flowing
Extended flow patterns and freestyle flow practices.
Advanced Flow
Once experienced in creating flows and free flowing, we move into both synchronized and freestyle partner drills.
Martial Application
From here, the stage is set for those that are interested in learning ground fighting techniques. For those that may already be training the ground, these classes will provide balanced structure and fluidity to movement patterns already in use.
