At Tao Health & Fitness, our Tactical Weapons Training focuses on one main aspect: Offense!!! Even our Defensive techniques are focused on turning the tables on our attacker and ending the threat as soon and as quickly as possible. We work with the three most common weapons you’ll see in the streets: guns, knives, and sticks. We teach disarming tactics and offensive counterattacks in the Tao Health & Fitness Tactical Weapons Training.
