Largely practiced for its health benefits, often overlooked as a martial art. Learn the fine details that yield several benefits of health by looking at the combination of breath, structure, mechanics and timing in connecting precise movements to create a healthy daily practice as well as a further understanding of its use in combat.
Muk Jung - Iron Mantis 18 & Iron Mantis Bong Bo
The Muk Jung is a portion of the Iron Mantis system that focuses on symmetry and balance in function, coordination, and technique while continuing to assist in further building up one’s iron body while further more perfecting techniques for combat.
SLF Rise & Shine Workshop
Join us for this one-day workshop focused on the health and mobility of the joints of the body. Learn how to simultaneously increase ranges of motion and gain the strength to control those ranges of motion. Through the Strength Led Flexibility - Rise & Shine portion of our training, you will learn three daily routines to progress through and maximize joint health and conditioning.
